Treat your family or friends and yourself to a holiday in the gorgeous accommodation of 12 La Mer, a 4-bedroom apartment in a complex situated in the picturesque area of Bloubergstrand. Perfect for a family or groups of friends totalling 8, not suitable for children under 12, this spacious self-catering rental offers guests a wealth of features and amenities, among them free Wi-Fi connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen and satellite television. The main interior of this beautifully decorated apartment is open-plan with a kitchen, dining area and lounge. The fully equipped kitchen offers beautiful views of the surrounding area and includes a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and every other feature needed for a self-catering stay.
The spacious dining area comes with a long table with long benches on either side, adequately seating a large group for a pleasurable dining experience. From here, guests can enjoy wonderful views as well via sliding doors that lead to the balcony. The lounge is definitely the place where guests can relax indoors. Large and well appointed, this area features a large coffee table as well as a flat-screen television with DSTV bouquet and an entertainment system. Here, guests can recline on the luxurious couches while enjoying a show or the view of the surrounding area courtesy of large windows. The lounge also leads outside via sliding doors to the balcony.
The balcony comes furnished with a picnic table and benches where guests can indulge in an al fresco dining experience while taking in the breathtaking views of the surrounding area. 12 La Mer includes 2 bathrooms. All of the bedrooms are spacious and feature large windows offering lovely views. The main bedroom has a king-size bed while the other two have double beds and the fourth has 2 singles. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom while the other bedrooms and apartment access a separate bathroom. 1 bathroom contains the washing machine while the apartment additionally features a iron and ironing board.
Guests have the use of parking in the garage and the apartment is accessed via stairs. The complex of La Mer is located near to the beach and a MyCiTi bus stop, allowing guests stress-free travelling to the Capes leading attractions, including the Cape Town City Centre, the Sea Point Promenade and the much-visited V&A Waterfront.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

We loved it!! LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION! The apartment is situated right on the beach block, so walking to the beach is simply a matter of crossing the beach road. So, early morning swims are in order! Plus, it is located on the beachfront "strip" so it is super-easy to go for a walk or run along the promenade, with its amazing world's-best views of Table Mountain. Staying on the location theme, we really enjoyed being able to walk to the main Blouberg nightlife and restaurants, a few hundred metres away. If you're young at heart, don’t miss the Cattle Baron, and some dodgy late night pool at Buckleys underneath! Or the Butchers' Grill on the seafront never disappoints. In fact there's about 15 restaurants to choose from, all within a stone's throw. And Pakalolo is great for sundowners, or go the other way, towards Big Bay, and walk to Montagu's Wine Bar or the ever-bustling Doodles. Sunsets to die for in all these places! And when you eventually tire and walk home, the apartment has an incredible feeling of "relax and chill". Somehow, it just invites you to put your feet up and relax. It's just one of those feel-good places that works on your soul. It's spacious enough to entertain in, and it even has two garages (for your water toys of course) and a huge jacuzzi bath! We'll be back!!
I am yet to see an apartment that matches the exquisite views 12 La Mer has to offer. My friends loved the outside picnic table and we appreciated the wealth of amenities the apartment had to offer.
Awesome.
However, kitchen and crockery, etc., need major attention. Broken dishes in cupboard, some not clean.
The fact that there was no dish cloth and only one drying cloth very poor.
Called to ask about hairdryer that could not be found and was told someone would get back to me. Yeah well...
Entrance to apartment could be tidied up too.

Very lovely space which felt like a holiday dream. Came with a group of friends and we found the home very spacious and great for doing things apart as well as enjoying time together. We all agree the views were outstanding and the location was perfect.
Comfortable and stylish set up with everything I need to make my family vacation memorable.
Fabulous stay,only negative comment,staff should provide more toilet paper and cleaning goods,otherwise we had an absolute lovely time!
