Cancellation Policy
- 50% of booking fee is payable within 48hrs of reservation
- Full booking fee is payable if within 30 days to occupation.
- Balance of or outstanding booking fees is payable 30 days to occupation (strictly no pay, no stay policy with all fees to be paid up to date upon occupation).
- A full refund will only be considered (minus 18% admin and re-book fee), if unit is successfully re-booked for the period of the original booking, and only for the days successfully re-booked.
- 100% cancellation fees apply within 14 days to occupation.
