As guests enter the apartment B24 Seaside Village guests feel at home and know this is the perfect place for a holiday from where guests can explore the many attractions Cape Town has to offer.
The entrance leads into a bright double volume open plan living room and fully equipped kitchen with heaps of natural light streaming in from the windows in the sky and the huge sliders leading onto the balcony. From the balcony guests have spectacular views to Table Mountain. Patio furniture ensures excellent outside living and entertainment.
Be sure to close all doors and windows when leaving the apartment as to avoid the “Cape Doctor” creating havoc with the furniture and guests possessions especially during summer months from November to March. The living room is decorated in natural colours and has a relaxed holiday feel.
Two of the three bedrooms offer queen beds, whilst the third bedroom has two single beds allowing the rooms to comfortably accommodate six guests. The main bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower and corner bath; the shared bathroom consists of a shower, basin and toilet only.
The biggest advantage of Seaside Village complex besides the great location and views, is the fact that guests have an entire mall with great retail outlets on guests doorstep. Great shops and restaurants mean guests have everything guests need without getting into a car.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
