This apartment comes with absolutely amazing views. The spacious beach apartment is located across the road from the very popular Eden on the Bay waterfront with its direct access to Big Bay main beach, loved by surfers and kitesurfers.
The apartment comprimises three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, with the main bedroom being an en-suite, an open plan living room and a fully equipped kitchen.
All front rooms open up onto large balconies with great views of the Atlantic Ocean, Table Mountain and Robben Island. It is ideal for bigger groups or larger families.
The complex is safe and secure with access control and 24 hours security guards on patrol. You also have a secure parking space onsite in front of the unit. There is also a coin operated laundromat for your convenience.

Cancellation Policy
- 30% of booking fee is payable within 48hrs of reservation received or immediately with online booking and payment (if the booking is 3 months + to occupation).
- 50% of booking fee is payable within 48hrs of reservation or immediately with online booking and payament (if the booking is made less than 3 months to occupation).
- Full booking fee is payable if within 30 days to occupation.
- Balance of or outstanding booking fees is payable 30 days to occupation (strictly no pay, no stay policy with all fees to be paid up to date upon occupation).
- A full refund will only be considered (minus 18% admin and re-book fee), if unit is successfully re-booked for the period of the original booking, and only for the days successfully re-booked.
- 100% cancellation fees apply within 14 days to occupation.
