The cottage features a fully equipped kitchen with a fridge, freezer, stove, oven, kettle, microwave and crockery and cutlery. The furnished cozy lounge area includes a leather couch with a fireplace for those cold winter months, a sleeper couch and a fold up camping bed for an extra 2 guests.
The bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and basin. The unit has a private entrance and private garden with an outdoor dining area and a Weber BBQ. The unit is also provided with off the road parking. Cleaning and linen change every 4 days for longer bookings.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
