Our sea-facing apartments offer a tranquil space with residential-designed furnishings that include a separate bed room with a double bed, quality bedding and block-out curtains.
Also included in each room is a lounge suite with a sleeper couch, reading lamp, television, work desk with power outlets and Internet connectivity, in-room safe, individual power outlets on each nightstand and fully equipped kitchen.
The spacious living area provides a relaxed area for complete and total comfort while providing a magnificent view of Table Mountain and the Atlantic Ocean. All sea-facing apartments sleep up to four guests.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
