The main area of the air-conditioned interior features a sophisticated style and is open-plan with the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The pristine and fully equipped kitchen ensures a delightful self-catering vacation, with microwave, oven, fridge and washing machine. Other features of the apartment that complete this self-catering package include an iron and ironing board as well as a vacuum cleaner.
The dining area consists of an elegant glass table with luxurious seating for 6. Through sliding doors in the lounge is a view of the ocean that guests can enjoy as they indulge in a meal. The lavishly furnished and artistically decorated lounge with a glass coffee table includes a large flat-screen television with DSTV bouquet, DVD player and stereo system for indoor entertainment. Free Wi-Fi is available as well, giving guests more reason to relax indoors.
The sliding doors in the lounge lead to an extensive balcony with a sun lounger - the ideal place to admire the sun setting over the Atlantic Ocean as you enjoy a glass of wine. The main bedroom is en-suite with a bathtub and shower and includes a queen-size bed. Sliding doors in this room offer a beautiful view of the ocean as well and lead out to the balcony.
The other two bedrooms come with two singles each, accessing a separate bathroom with a bathtub and shower as well. A hairdryer is included. Dolphin Beach H104 is accessible via an elevator as well as stairs. A parking bay is reserved for guests. Children are allowed at this apartment but no pets are permitted. Guests are welcome to enjoy use of a communal pool in the complex.
With the beach and a MyCiTi bus stop within walking distance, guests can enjoy a relaxing stroll along the coast or travel with ease to attractions such as the Cape Town City Centre, the famous wine routes of the Cape and the Capes best-known attraction, the V&A Waterfront. The Cape Town International Airport is within a convenient driving distance.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Such a lovely apartment! My family and I have made it our own home away from home during our stay. Cape Town is such a beautiful city, and the view we had of Table mountain and the beach was magnificently serene. We will definitely return to this beautiful city.
The apartment was very clean, exceptional standards!!!!! There was however no scrub for cleaning the pots. There was also no wi-fi available on the night we arrived, we were told we could purchase megabytes at the hotel's reception, which we did but could still not use the wi-fi in the apartment. The hotel's receptionist said she couldn't assist much because the hotel and apartments were not linked and she didn't know about who and how the apartments were run. Wi-fi was however installed the next day :-) It would be nice to have some extra blankets for the cold nights. Overall, a very very very beautiful apartment, with stunning furniture and finishes, in a great location! We felt like we were at a home away from home!!! THANK YOU.
