Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Enjoyed a short trip to Cape Town over December with my two kids and could not have had a better time. Thank you your friendly team for making every effort to accommdoate us. This apartment was so close to the beach and the complex was safe. We loved discovering Eden on the Bay too, its a must for all visiting the area!
