With 4 bedrooms and a wealth of interior space, this is vacation accommodation tailor-made for a large family or group of friends that want to take time to relax and wind down. The roomy open plan lounge features luxurious furnishings and is modestly styled, and contains a plasma TV complemented by DSTV and DVD player, guaranteeing entertainment indoors. Immediately nearby is a spacious dining room suite that seats 8 around the large table.
The fully supplied kitchen comes with microwave oven, tumble dryer, washing machine and dishwasher, as well as a sizeable counter with chairs ensuring a casual dining experience. This 4 bedroom house accommodates up to 8 with the main bedroom comprising of a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, the second bedroom consisting of a queen size bed. The third bedroom has 2 singles whilst the fourth has a sleeper couch, which is only suitable for children. They all have access to a shared bathroom also with bath and shower. Additional features of this property include a CD player, free Wi-Fi connectivity and security with an alarm and electric fence.
Outside there is a patio area with dining area and BBQ facilities as well as a garden and pool, promising you an enjoyable and leisurely time outdoors. Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

My 5 bridesmaids and I stayed in this beautiful Villa in West Beach as a pre wedding gift from my future husband and I have to say, this beautiful place scored him some extra brownie points. The villa was complete with everything that we could possibly need and so comfortable too!
Another wonderful holiday in the best holiday home we have ever stayed in which is why we return time and again. It's in a great location for daily needs, restaurants, days out to the winelands , exploring the coast etc but we have spent some of the best days just relaxing by the beautiful sparkly salt water pool and enjoying braais under the sheltered stoop watching the visiting birds. Many thanks to the owners who surprise us each year with the thoughtful upgrades. Last year more AC, this year floodlit gardens and we love the growing collection of original artwork. A big thank you yet again to the owners for making their villa so welcoming. We highly recommend it and we look forward to our next visit.
Ek en my vriende het ons gate uit geniet by 31 Durham Road. Dit het gevoel ons is by die huis is, so tuis het ons gevoel. Ons gaan definitief weer bespreek.
Visited Cape Town with family including 2 small kids and had a wonderful time in Durham Close 31. The house is very spacious and outside area very inviting, with place to visit undercover and place to have a braai the traditional way. We did a lot of exploring and it was good to come back to private accommodation afterwards and cook our own food and unwind.
When planning to come to the Cape, a friend recommended a stay here. For a bigger group it was very nice lots of space, kitchen with everything included. Was impressed by the accommodation.
