- Bookings of 8 nights and longer will include a compulsory mid stay clean with fresh linen, this will be an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

Good location
The bed in the main seemed to be rundown (maybe the base). Otherwise, the entire experience was marvellous and seamless for the whole family. I would really love to make it my family holiday hideaway. Truly value for money!!

Eden on the Bay is by far one of Blouberg's best kept secrets. Delighted in a stay so close my family and I could walk. Enjoyed dinners over sunset and cooked our own meals at "home" - we are always hesitant when booking self-catering accommodation and could not have been more pleased.
