Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

A lovely place that is most certainly about the views. Made use of the complex gym facilities and enjoyed the proximity to the beach and many eateries. Would return anytime!
Truly a fantastic spot in Bloubergstrand, was really blown away by the proffesional booking team, quality of bedding and stunning setting. 100% satasfactory and cannot wait to return for another vacation here.
Prime location and very good view of the ocean. The apartment is fantastic and the security guards very proffesional and helpful. It is a very nice quiet place but i wish there was storage space for the clothes. We have enjoyed our stay. We are definitely coming back next year.
