- Sleeping on the couches is strictly prohibited. Should an extra person want to stay in an apartment, prior arrangement must be made with the managing agent.
- Cleaning of apartments only once a week for long stays one bedroom apartment and two bedroom apartment at an additional cost this includes change of linen and towels.
- No daily cleaning, if needed additional charges will apply. 

Cancellation Policy

- Cancellation less than 24 hrs prior to arrival: 100% of accommodation. 
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival: 75% of accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival: 50% of accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival: 25% of accommodation.
- Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee. 
- All cancellations are only accepted if received in writing.
