Karens Three is situated in a secure residential complex, less than 500 m from the beach in Bloubergstrand. Blessed with a beautiful view of Table Mountain, Blougbergstrand is a perfect spot for those visiting Cape Town or the surrounding area.
Accommodation is available in Karens Three which comprises of a 2 bedroom unit able to accommodate 4 people, or a separate 1 bedroom apartment able to accommodate 2 people.
Karens One is a 1 bedroom unit which has a queen size bed and a spacious bathroom fitted with a shower and bath. The unit also comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for guests convenience.
The living area is separated from the bedroom by a bookcase. The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with selected DSTV channels. The unit also has a small Juliet balcony and there are steps from this floor apartment leading down to a private garden area with washing line.
Karens Two is a 2 bedroom house and has 1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom is fitted with a shower and bath. The unit also comprises a kitchen, lounge and dining area. The kitchen is well equipped and features a stove, oven, fridge, freezer and microwave. A dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer are also provided for guests convenience.
The dining area has seating space for 4 people, while the lounge has comfy seating and a TV with selected DSTV channels. The house offers a private garden and there is a built in braai area that can be enclosed on windy days.
Both units have access to WiFi and each is assigned 1 garage parking space. There is additional parking available on the driveway.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
