Seaside Village A11 is a flourishing furnished three bedroom two bathroom modern apartment. The main bedroom includes a double bed with en-suite consisting of a large rain shower. The second bedroom also with a double bed and the third with 2 single beds. There are views of the ocean and Table Mountain from the balcony. This flourishing open plan lounge conjoins with the fully equipped kitchen suitable for all your essential needs whilst on vacation.
 
The overall style of this apartment is modern comfortable, with elegant flooring subsists of tiled and vinyl flooring. The open plan lounge with modern contemporary interiors has comfortable seating with plasma TV and DSTV as well as a DVD player for your convience. There is patio for those summer days with BBQ facilities and also secure basement parking. For the comfort of your vacation there is 24 hour security.
 
A11 is part of a complex that is built onto a small shopping village where there are well known shops and restaurants, such as Cape Town Fish Market, Colcacchio and the Spur.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

We enjoyed the stunning view this apartment has to offer, appreciated the security that the vicinity offers and the fact that the location was in close proximity to the shopping district. We were so blessed to have framed views of Cape Town's beauty virtually on our doorstep and will definitely recommend to all our friends and family.

What an awesome place and lovely stay in an upmarket modern facility. Could have done with aircon and possible sun screen to protect eyes when using the balcony. However, this was just great!!

Just as striking in real life as in the photographs. This Seaside Village apartment is very modern and has incredible views. We adored the decor in the bedrooms and bathrooms. A great experience for revisiting Cape Town.
