The Penthouse on Beach is booked exclusively for a maximum of 6 guests on a self-catering basis. We are able to stock the penthouse with breakfast essentials before your arrival at an extra charge. On the lower level you will find the dining area, a smaller lounge area as well as a generously large living room. The furniture is only of the highest quality, with original art pieces that add a local flair to the living area, so typical of Cape Town.
 
By far, this kitchen has the best view in South Africa! Modern in its design, it is fully equipped and also includes a bistro counter and an original Nespresso machine. Massive panorama windows allow natural light to stream in as well as offer views of the surroundings below, including the famous Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was held as a prisoner for many years. Take a walk outside onto the deck and you will find yet another comfortable dining area, perfect for enjoying a leisurely breakfast before tackling a day of sight-seeing in the Mother City. Another added feature is the small rim-flow pool which is perfect for a quick dip before drying off on the pool loungers scattered on the deck.
 
A modern stairway leads you to the upper floor that accommodates the three superb accommodation rooms, as well as a small lounge. Despite the quiet and scenic setting, the Penthouse boasts a centric location. A mere fifteen minutes’ drive takes you to Cape Town’s legendary Waterfront. You are also conveniently close to the Winelands, which can be reached in approximately thirty minutes. Moreover, the Penthouse’s immediate surroundings offer a number of excellent restaurants, boutiques and activities within walking distance.
