With all the right features for a self-catering stay, this accommodation unit additionally offers guests a convenient location, right on the beach and close to various restaurants and shopping centres.
The living area is open plan with the kitchen, and features a wood burner as well as a corner couch and chair that face a flat-screen TV and views of the ocean, courtesy of a sea-facing patio, accessible from the living area. The kitchen comes fully equipped, including a counter stove, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher and plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils. A barbecue facility is available on the patio.
The bedroom has twin beds and a few steps down a short passage lead to the additional bunk bed, which sleeps 2. An en-suite bathroom is available, consisting of a shower, basin, toilet and a heated towel rail. A patio is adjacent to the bedroom, with views over Table Bay towards the beautiful Table Mountain.
A garage is available, leading to the living room. A washing machine is in the garage. Servicing of the apartment takes place 3 days a week. Wi-Fi internet is available. Bokkombaai is just a 5-minute walk from the nearest MyCiTi bus stop, while some of the closest attractions include the Cape Town City Centre and the V&A Waterfront. The Cape Town International airport is conveniently only 30 kilometres away.

Important Information
- 50% of the total accommodation price is required at 14:00 on the day after there has been confirmed there is place.
- There is a requirement of 2 days minimum stay throughout the year and then 7 days minimum stay during peak season of which is during the 15 December - 15 January.
- No smoking allowed.
- No pets allowed.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposit back if cancellation is two weeks before the time.
- Full amount payable if cancellation is less than one week before the time of staying.
