Situated in 803 Aquarius Blouberg, meters away from the beach. There are three bedrooms, one with a queen bed, two with two single beds and an open plan lounge and modern kitchen area with plenty of built in cupboards. The bathrooms both consist of a shower, basin and toilet the one bathroom has both a shower and bath
This is a self-catering apartment and the kitchen is fully equipped with microwave oven, normal oven and hob, crockery and cutlery and washing machine. The lounge has a television with DSTV (satellite TV). There is a communal swimming pool and gym in the complex. The entire building is fenced and access is through electronic remote control, with a 24 hour security service. There is safe parking as well as visitor’s parking
Bloubergstrand is only about 20km from the city centre of Cape Town. It offers a variety of water sports, one of the most popular being kite boarding. There is Big Bay Beach close by with the popular restaurants and life saver’s clubhouse.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
