The location of this stunning apartment is perfect with a relatively private beach strip only 80 metres from the main gate of the complex. Some of the best restaurants are within walking distance, so you’ll be spoiled for choice.
The two bedrooms respectively have a double bed and two twin beds, making this a comfortable 4 person stay, with a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and full bouquet DSTV. Both the bathrooms are en-suite and have showers to refresh after your beach fun.
Blouberg Heights 1108 has secure parking behind security gates and a communal braai area in the gardens on the ground floor for those balmy evenings and lazy lunches. There is also a laundromat in the complex for your convenience.

- It is therefore the sole responsibility of all guests to make arrangements for adequate insurance coverage on all valuable items prior to arrival at Blouberg Heights 1108.
- The owners will not be responsible for any injuries or damages incurred while on the premises.
- Loss or damage to the Apartment : Should the owners suffer any loss or damage as a result of an act or omission by a guest or visitor of a guest, the guest will remain liable for full reimbursement of such loss or damage incurred, and will be billed accordingly.
- Right of Admission Reserved : The owners reserve the full right of admission and accept no liability for any loss or damage that may result from the legal and reasonable exercising of such rights.

Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
