This gorgeous 2 bedroom apartment is fully self-catering accommodation - perfect for vacations in Cape Town. It offers uninterrupted views of the breathtaking Table Mountain and a balcony to further enhance this view. The rental has been generously furnished and features everything that you may need on your holiday in the Mother City.
 
The elegantly furnished living area features a flat screen TV with DSTV. From here you can access the pleasantly furnished balcony where you can relax with a sundowner as you gaze at the twilight over the Atlantic Ocean. The fully stocked kitchen will set you up for a pleasurable self-catering stay while you reside in the number 1 holiday destination in the world.
 
The 2 bedrooms accommodate up to 4 guests and are lavishly furnished to ensure your comfort. Main bedroom consists of a double bed with en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom with 2 single beds has access to a shared bathroom. There is a barbecue area in the complex for you to enjoy. To ensure an easy time while enjoying your accommodation there is a laundry service as well as secure parking bay and car wash.
 
The apartment is located in the well-known Blouberg area, just across the road from the beach and conveniently close to enticing eateries and public transport.

10 Days prior to the guest arrival, an online Registration Form with Arrival Documents will be sent to the guest.
The Arrival documents contain detailed information about the check-in and departure process.

This allows sufficient time to make the necessary arrangements for any special requests with the concierge consultant.

Keep in mind the establishments minimum stay requirements are linked to seasons and may differ during the course of the year.

Cancellation Policy

The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.

Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.

Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
