- Smoking and drugs are strictly forbidden in the apartment.
- No parties, no drugs, no loud music/TV, etc. Police will issue fines when complaints are made after 23:00 PM or before 09:00 AM.
- At the time of departure please make sure that the apartment is tidy. If the apartment is found not to meet the requirements, an extra cleaning fee of R150 will be charged.
- All keys must be returned upon departure. Failure to do so will incur a replacement fee of R300 per set of keys.
- The apartment has a maximum occupancy that is indicated in its description. Exceptions to this maximum cannot be made.
- Check out before 08:00 AM will result in an extra charge of R150.
- Late check will result in an extra charge of R150. This will be paid cash upon arrival.
- Items found to be damaged, lost or broken in the apartment will result in a full replacement value fee or part thereof at the discretion of the hosts.
Cancellation Policy
- The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point. A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
