The two lovely bedrooms include a king-size bed in the main, a queen-sized bed in the second. The main bedroom is en suite with a bath and shower while there is a guest bathroom with a shower only.
Guests may use undercover parking.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the deposit will be charged.
Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.

I have to stay eden on bay 211 is indeed beautiful, luxurious and it really felt like home,so comfy . U have a beautiful home,wow every item piece of furniture in ur apartment is stunning..u really have a eye for nice things..Thank u we enjoyed every minute there...Wow really renting the apartment was worth every cent and the view is beautiful...We will most definitely GOD WILLING RETURN TO EDEN ON BAY 211!!!!!!!!!!! My child even aid to me mom can we please move here!!!!
