The Santa Maria 1 is a sea facing 3 bedroom apartment that is open and spacious. 1 bedroom can be found upstairs with doors opening to a superb view of the waves crashing onto the ocean, while the 2nd and 3rd bedroom can be found downstairs. All bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped and features a gas stove and oven amongst many other top notch appliances.
The living room is comfortable and equipped with quality furniture and the elegant dining area is just adjacent to the open plan kitchen boasting a modern yet cosy ambience.
The sun deck lies well protected from the wind and contains outdoor furniture, perfect to enjoy sundowners while watching the most beautiful of sunsets.

Cancellation Policy
The following cancellation fees shall be applicable and shall be calculated by reference to funds received at that point.
- A standard fee of 5% will be charged for all cancellations.
- Should the booking be cancelled 31 days or more prior to the check in date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the deposit will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
- Should the booking be cancelled 30 days or less prior to the check in date, 100% of the funds paid will be charged.
- If we are able to secure another booking for the dates you booked, the remainder of the deposit will be refunded less any nights that werent booked.
