Rates/Availability
Terms & Conditions
- Advanced bookings: 30 Days and more prior to stay: 50% Payable immediately.
- Bookings made less that 14 days prior to stay: Full payment made immediately.
- Management reserves the right to automatically release reservations being held for which payment has not been received.
- All prices quoted according to current tariffs shall be subject to amendment by the managing agent at any time before acceptance and after acceptance should there be any increase in any statutory levy, or tax payable by management.
- All tariffs are quoted in South African Rand.
- All reservations shall be made in writing by fax or email.
- One child under the age of 10 years to share with two full paying adults, free of charge.
- An additional bed or cot shall be made available in the room.
- Management needs to be advised of late arrivals so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
Cancellation Policy
In the event of notification of cancellation, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
- High season between November up to and including April a non refundable deposit is applicable.
For bookings between April and November, the following cancellation fee shall apply on the full booking:
- Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations more than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
